Well as requested I am going to update my blog. Life has been crazy busy over the past few months. Christmas was awesome this year. For the first year my parents came here to Murfreesboro and we had Christmas at my house. It was the first time I actually got to see Lucas on Christmas Day. Normally we split up and he comes to Memphis on the 26th but this year we actually spent some time together. On the 26th we all packed up the cars and headed off to Ohio for the weekend. We spent time with my Dad's side of the family and then hurried back to be with our children (aka: dogs)

The new year celebrations came and went and the realization that I was getting married in less then 2 months really settled in. I knew there was no more time to waste. Last minute planning and diet really kicked in. Although I am far from my goal weight I am happy to say that I have lost 15 pounds so far. I hope to loose another 5 or 10 before the wedding.

On Martin Luther King weekend I celebrated my Bachlorette party with 15 of my friends. We headed to downtown Nashville for my lingerie party, dinner, and a night on the town. It was so awesome having all my greatest friends together. They made me feel so special. We had a blast, and I can't wait to see them all again at the wedding.

To be honest my life is great right now. Work is going well this year, the wedding is only a few weeks away, and I am going to be on a cruise in about a month. I have so much to look forward to over the next month and can't wait to be Mrs. Nelson.
